Leeds Arts Council Using Razoo Website to Solicit Donations

Leeds Arts Council Using Razoo Website to Solicit Donations by Victoria L. Coman

The Leeds Arts Council is extending its hand in cyberspace for donations.

The arts council, which hosts events such as art exhibits and plays, has a note on its website asking visitors to consider making a contribution to the organization at Razoo.com.

Razoo allows nonprofits, individuals, corporations, and foundations to raise money for worthy causes. The site does not charge fees for listing a cause or for a subscription. It charges a flat 2.9% rate to cover credit card processing costs, according to Razoo’s website.
