How You Can Use Razoo Mobile with Your Donors

QR codes: Under the “share” tab of your administrative dashboard on Razoo, you can download or print a QR code that links directly to your Razoo page. Donors who scan the QR on your posters, flyers, brochures, business cards, emails, etc. will link directly to a clean and easy version of your donation page to complete their donation.

Calls to action: You can now include a call to action in your communication and marketing materials that lets donors know they can open the link to your Razoo donation page on their mobile device.

Text the link: If you’ve got a phone list of supporters, you can now include the link in a text message blast to your supporters wherever they are. Ask them to pledge or donate.

Tell them you’re on Razoo: Since using your mobile to find your nonprofit on Razoo is so easy, tell your network that’s where they can find you, and that they don’t have to wait until they get home. They can find you on their phone!

Making a Pledge

Donors can pledge an amount to a cause without having to enter credit card or lengthy contact information. All they need to enter is an email address. A reminder email is sent to them to complete the donation later.

Donating on Razoo

Making a mobile donation is quick and clean on Razoo. Donors don’t even need an account. They simply enter their name, address and credit card information. If they do have an account, they can simply log in and donate with the credit card information on file.

Unlike text-to-give donations, mobile giving on Razoo doesn’t carry heavy fees from mobile service providers. Razoo’s credit card processing fee is just 2.9%, one of the lowest in the industry.
